Florida Panthers

I led a powerhouse creative team—supporting Hockey Ops, the foundation, and a ton of special projects—while mentoring an awesome crew of designers, photographers, and marketers. Working across partnerships, ops, marketing, and comms, I got to take on the wild (and fun) challenge of marketing a hockey team… in the middle of sunny Florida.

Outside the rink, I stayed plugged into the community through Big Brothers Big Sisters and served on boards focused on creative impact. I helped shape everything from media day strategies to seasonal content and partnership pitches, building vision decks that brought brands and the Panthers together. And yep—driving revenue through fresh, innovative sponsorship ideas across social, digital, OOH, and DOOH was a huge part of the ride.

Media Day

I drove the creative vision for the Panthers’ two-day media day, teaming up with our video lead to bring a wild concept to life — yep, a full pool on the ice for a cinematic shoot. I built out the look with custom patterns, local vibes, bold type, red lighting, and gritty vegetation to embody “the hunt.”

The final aesthetic — dark, dramatic, and straight out of a panther’s den — rolled out everywhere: in-bowl, marketing, grassroots, promos, regional campaigns, and across all digital touchpoints. It all came together under one rallying cry: TIME TO HUNT.
